Silicon7 has the most complete, field proven 1T pseudo SRAM product portfolio in the market (4Mb, 8Mb, 16Mb and 32Mb) including a full range of combo memory MCPs (1604, 1608, 3204, 3208, 3216, 6408, 6416, 6432, 12832 and 12864). With a highly talented engineering and production team based in Korea and Taiwan, Silicon7 was the first company to successfully demonstrate and mass produce 1T pseudo SRAM products that were drop-in compatible with higher power, more expensive 6T SRAM.
